PROJECT FEASIBILITY
Provide due diligence reporting by analyzing existing lease agreements, geotechnical and environmental reports, Reports on Title and land surveys prior to subject removal.
MUNICIPAL APPROVALS
Collaborate with your Development Team to support your public consultation process (Developer Information Sessions, view studies, Public Hearings), effectively navigate and manage legal agreements and survey requirements, organize community amenity and public art requirements.
CONSULTANTS
Create and implement a consultant contract management process, set up RFPs, evaluation, contract award, manage engagement, budgeting and cost tracking.
MEETINGS
Facilitate project meetings with internal staff, municipalities, consultants, including agenda, meeting minutes, action items, and follow up.
DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS
MINT lives for Disclosure Statements. With a good working knowledge of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (British Columbia) and Strata Property Act (British Columbia) requirements, we balance your project objectives in an efficient and cost effective manner.
SURVEY PLANS
Manage the requirements for subdivision and reference plans, strata plans, and airspace parcels.
PARKING
Assess parking requirements, provisions, and sales strategies.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Ensure you have met all of your Disclosure Statement and legal closing obligations, coordinate property management turnover, and work in partnership with your Construction, Sales and Customer Service Teams to coordinate scheduling requirements.

MINT was founded by Jodie Dorrington, an accomplished real estate development professional and graduate of the Sauder Business School with a focus in Urban Land Economics, with 19 years' industry experience working at Intracorp and consulting with various developers in the Lower Mainland.
